updates
I can't believe it has been so long since I have posted. ok. We had a good christmas. I have some pictures that I will get up this week. Kevin has been working off and on since Christmas, he is currently laid off, probably for the rest of the winter. He is talking about maybe going with his brother, I don't know we will see. I got DSL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. We now have mine and Cam's computers connected to the web. The night we hooked it up Cam and I were online IMing each other, then we played age of mythologly against each other. I beat him. Saturday night Trudy died. We are not completly sure what happened to her. I let her out for a couple of hours before bed, then when i hollered for her to come back in she didn't come. I went out to look for her and found her over by Sheeba's (Kevins hunting puppy) doghouse. It looks like Sheeba was trying to play with her and got too rough.
Shegwa (kitty) is a bit lost without her. Kevin wants to get a new dog now, me and the kids want to wait till summer when we will be home with it. Kevin says Shegwa needs a new friend before that, he mentioned something about a kitten. I don't know we will see.

I'm Back!!!!!!!!!!!1
Ok I do still exist. Not much to say. Same old, same old. We are getting everything unpacked and put away, kind of. I will add more pictures as we get things sorted. Here a few pictures from halloween. Cam was a paranormal investigator, and Sam was a princess. The pictures are the front of our house. The window you see on the bottom floor is the living room, upstairs in Cam's room.

Life Updates
OK There is a lot of news on my end. First Kevin came home last night, today is the fourth anniversary of his brother David's death. He wanted to spen some time with the kids, so he took the kids fishing this evening at the river where David's ashes are scattered. They had a good time. And this morning Kevin got a phone call from a company that wants him Monday morning to work here in town. So we get to keep him. Cameron started jumping up and down when he found out. We are all driving up to Salina, KS, Sunday morning to get Kevin's things and bring them home. My job hunt finally seems to be going somewhere. I had and interview with Head Start yesterday, I think it went well, I will find out Tuesday if I got the job, to start Wednesday. If I am not working on Wednesday I have another interview at another daycare Wednesday afternoon. So hopefully I will have a job by the end of next week. The kids start back to school on the 25th, hopefully by then I will have figured out where I'm going to send them. Oh well, I have a whole week to figure that out. We are packing up everything in the house and moving it into a storage unit. Hopefully we can find a house soon.

Sam's Glasses
Ok, there has been some question about Sam's Glasses. She has had them since last winter. She is not wearing them in the picture of her and Cam in his tent at camp. Looking at my original copy of the pic, I could not see how it looked like she was wearing glasses, but blowing up the shrunken version I can kinda see it. Anyway here is the original resolution of the picture in question, so you can see that there no glasses present, and a picture of her wearing her glasses.

Truck Update
The truck is fixed. Well it runs anyway, goes forward, backward. It's a start anyway.

This Week
Monday I drove the truck around, ran some errands, put in some applications, came home, yelled at my kids, etc. Tuesday me and the kids hop in the truck to go to walmart, the truck starts (yeah!), I put it in drive, it DOES NOT GO! I try reverse, nothing, it goes nowhere. Kevin calles one of his friends to come and look at it for me. He says it acts like it the truck is out of transmission fluid. Ok that is a little odd, but easy to fix. So he raises the hood to check the transmission fluid, and can not find the dipstick. He fixes cars for a living so he knows what he is talking about. He can not find the dipstick? The fill tube, and dipstick are gone. Huh? How does that happen? He figures Kevin knocked it loose when he was changing the starter, and all the fluid drained out. Until we get the part replaced we can not put more fluid in. It will be at least Friday before he can fix it for me, or Kevin can fix it this weekend. So I am without a vehicle AGAIN! I am ready to SCREAM! SO the job hunt is not going well.......
Last Week
Ok last week was going ok until Wednesday. I woke up and went to check on the clothes I had put in the dryer the night before, and they were still wet. I checked the timer and it hadn't finished the cycle. So I tried to restart it, and it wouldn't restart. Dead dryer. So I decided it was bright and sunny outside I would buy a rope to put up a clothesline outside. We had some other running around to do too, so me and the kids got ready to, jumped in the truck (the van got fixed the week before, so of course, Kevin took it to Kansas), drove the truck down to the end of the block, stopped at the stop sign, and the truck dies (it has been doing this every time you stop for a couple a month or so, but Kevin didn't figure he needed to fix it or something), So I try to restart it, and it won't restart. So I'm sitting at the stop sign, a line of cars behind me honking and generally annoyed because I wasn't moving. After about five minutes some guy comes from the other direction and offers to help. He got a lady in a truck behind me to push the truck around the corner, and I was able to park it. Me and the kids walked back home. I didn't get to buy any rope to hang my clothes on, and of course, I can't find any around my house. I finally found a dog cable to tie up outside, I tie it up, get my clothes all hung up, and it gets all cloudy and ready to rain. It stayed cold, cloudy, and rainy the rest of the week. I didn't get many dry clothes. Kevin came home for the weekend and switched out my dryer with one he got out of his dad's house, it is very old and takes about 3 hours to dry clothes, but at least they are dry. He also put a new starter in the truck. He can not figure out why it keeps dying. So I am just supposed to deal with that. But it does start.
